Refund policy
No returns or exchanges on orders sent OUTSIDE PUERTO RICO. NO returns or exchanges on white clothing or sequence/glitter items.
We have a 7-day exchange-only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Any items discounted greater than 15% are considered final sale and will not be able to be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
Shipped Orders
To start an exchange, you can contact us at roccocoboutique@gmail.com.
If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The RETURN SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM STORE CREDIT. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
